He’s not allowed to have a laptop in there but he’s allowed to have a 3ds.
Is there a way I can get a cart to play on a 3ds that I can fit games from all the handheld gens? Neither he nor I have played since platinum and I figured Pokémon would be a good time sink for him since he’s stuck there for about 9 more months.
I honestly know jack shit about emulating/roms in general but I figured learning how would be easier and more affordable than buying a bunch of games and systems to send him
