We're strictly talking about starters here, but if you want to expand to everything there still aren't any Pokemon with a type advantage prior to pewter city in Red and Blue. Furthermore, I never said the games are hard, just that Charmander provides more of a challenge than the other starters. That's quite a leap you made there, did you even read my original post?

Please present evidence to dispute my claim rather than resorting to name calling like a defeated child. If you like Bulbasaur or Squirtle more than Charmander that's fine, but they make the early game easier than it already is.
