I didn't go too crazy with patterns because of genwun sprite limitations (i'll make a genwun/gentoo based hack after i finish the dex), but still upgraded the posture to be more intimidating, made the tail longer, added a proto-casque on the beak,
gave it a more unsettling expression, made the eyes bigger with smaller pupils, and made the pupils + shaped. I think it worked pretty well, wouldn't want to meet this guy at a beach.
