>>12603396I hate people who say that "it's you" or "you're just getting older". Mewtwo was a badass. Deoxys was a badass. Most of the ones in between were at least cute or interesting in some way. Stop apologizing for them. Once Nintendo reached the 649 mark they really don't have many un-exploited sources of inspiration left, so we're getting the garbage we have today (yes, there are literally garbage Pokemon in gen V). The simple solution is to stop releasing them in such large batches so that we don't get such bad Pokemon designs.
