Usually they appear for me every 5 or 6 loops but today it took me like 30 to find one, all rng, sometimes you get 2 at once, their rewards are randomized however, but some might enjoy looking at the rare scenes if they haven't watched the compilations of all on youtube.
Would not advise trading daily tickets for those mats for sure, only getting them during Training Area boost events if you are a recent player. Plus trading them from the event shops.
