Been having this idea for a good long while. Not that Owl is by any means my favourite ’mon, but I think it’d be neat as foxtrot uniform Charlie kilo if we had Decidueye with a Spirit Shackle like this:

So basically, it can let Owl combo like Melee Falco on crack for a few seconds. Would also be funny to watch it be used on a Greninja in the middle of Shadow Sneak.
