Human ones are done by this third company - Creek & River Co. - and the Pokémon ones are done by Creatures. It doesn't say that directly but I looked up every name and while I couldn't find anything about a couple of them except their credit in Gen 6+ Pokémon games, all of the ones I could linked back to Creatures directly.
Creek & River Co. do the human animations, Creatures do the Pokémon animations. Game Freak has nothing to do with it and shouldn't have been lying about it either way.
