Messed around with the neck somewhat, following the example posted in

Of course, there are still issues with the head / proportions / etc. that just tweaking the neck didn't address, but I don't have the time to go into those unfortunately. Still doesn't feel 100% right, but that's probably mostly due to the aforementioned issues.
