Can someone explain the logic of not having up to date move tutors in each gen? I mean for a game that has an official "competitive scene" even if it isn't the main intent of the game to be so you think they would try to give equal opportunities for the least amount of hassle.
What's the point of making breeding easier in X/Y if you're just going to make it so to breed anything actually decent outside of Kalos native things need to have access to previous generation move tutors. Is it just a cheap way of forcing people to buy the games?
I can't stand the concept of genning pokemon after X/Y made it so easy and at least for me somewhat enjoyable to breed but having to go back to BW2 or for some moves to the GBA/GC games then transfer it all the way through other games then finally to pokebank which is a one way system to get it in the current gen is just a tedious and stupid process. I know Gamefreak often don't make sense with movepools, stats and typing and those are probably a bigger offense than this as they can't just be fixed by genning but I just find this incredibly insulting. It just encourages people to gen things and punishes people who play normally. Maybe I should just stop being so autistic and caring about if my pokemon are "legit" or not but that doesn't excuse this.
I'm going to go ahead and assume ORAS will have move tutors as every remake has so far, what are you guys hoping we'll see as move tutor moves?
