Rock Throw on level up, Rock Tomb from TM (which has worse accuracy) and Rock Slide only from breeding or Battle Frontier. The only Ground move she gets on level up is Sand Tomb, which isn't until level 49, and the TM for Earthquake is in Seafloor Cavern.
I've just got Sandstorm, which helps a little bit with her longevity, but I'm mostly relying on Swagger+Screech until I can get EQ.
