>>48509559Okay. Just did some digging around for potential style inspirations/references. Scolipede is one of my favorite mon designs and while I don't want my fakemon to be a copy of him, I'd like to keep that simple monster aesthetic.
For the dragon side of things, I was thinking of leaning into South East Asian dragons to see if I could maybe get it to work with a more insectoid body. Like ryhdon, I want to empthasize the tunneling aspect of the mon, without making it seem too obviously unnatural - so it would have to use an insect appendage in some way that looks cool.
Gonna start sketching out some rougher drafts now.
