If that obsession is strong enough to make her dress up Lillie like UB01, dress up Gladion like UB02: Absorption and herself like UB02: Beauty (fittingly enough), it's strong enough to make her want to stay youthful, because youth is usually very closely connected to beauty. She definitely got surgeries, but it seems to have worked out for her, no? She is 40 but looks like 20. If there were no strings attached to it, you can`t tell me you wouldn't dick her against a wall or let her crush you beneath her heel.
