>>46369891I heavily doubt it, personally. Humans do get pregnant in their setting so I'm heavily inclined to believe they have regular births just as IRL humans do. Pokemon on the other hand...we have no idea. We don't know if they reproduce sexually, magically, or if some Pokemon Egg God exists and makes them so its up in the air for them.
