Oshawott's final form was the first starter that made me feel that I was using a strong and reliable pokemon in my team. Starters are normally strong and reliable when you use them, but Samurott gave me that vibe by just looking at it's design alone. If it wasn't a starter, I would assume that I was using a ledgendary instead.
