For Blue I think it's disappointing that he syncs less than Olivia, barely more than Emmet, and does less damage than Emmet.
While he doesn't get outdamaged by Emmet that much a point I haven't seen brought up is that with support EX Emmet starts to outdamage Blue by a lot and that support EX has buffed either Raihan or Cynthias damage as well.
So the ideal situation here to me is that Blue should at least sync harder than Olivia or outdamage Emmet. At the very least.
