This includes Pokemon with moves they could only learn by TM or tutor that haven't been released, because prior to Gen 6 you could breed male pokemon who knew TM moves naturally with females of the species you wanted, and the offspring would have the TM move. I got an Ice Beam Swampert that way. I wonder how it works, though.
