Ghost and Psychic are some of the most explicit, but Fighting, Fairy, Poison, Dark, and even Ice, Grass, Fire have examples of maybe-magic powers.
I'd even suggest powers of any type could manifest in people to a variable degree. Most of it would be low key, such as better withstanding freezing temperatures born from an ice affinity, but there's no reason it couldn't become as dramatic as the Ghost and Psychic shenanigans.
