>>49935995I just Pokeradar'd a shiny Pancham. I'm glad I'm playing on Citra emulator since you can use savestates. I got bored with SOS chaining Dhelmise in Sun (its call rate is incredibly low), so I went back to Y and decided to try Pokeradar again. Emulator save states not only allowed me to save the SOS battle but also trivialized the Pokeradar shiny hunting since I could always return to the earlier state whenever the chain ended abruptly. I'm trying to shiny hunt as many Pokemon for the sake of shiny living dex.
In the last two weeks or so I've successfully hunted Bounsweet (SOS in Sun), Bruxish (SOS in Sun), Crabrawler (SOS in Sun), Dewpider (SOS in Sun), Golett (Pokeradar in Y), Grubbin (SOS in Sun), Hakamo-O (SOS in Sun), Mareanie (SOS in Sun, this one was really lucky since I expected a shiny Corsola instead), Pancham (Pokeradar in Y), Rockruff (SOS in Sun), Sandygast (SOS in Sun), Seaking (Chain Fishing in Y), Slowpoke (SOS in Sun), and Stufful (SOS In Sun).
I've basically going to be shiny hunting to kill time until Gen 9 releases since I really don't have any desire to return to BDSP or LGPE and I seldom do Max Raids in SwSh. I do play PLA for half an hour or so each day though. Today I caught a Lickilicky, Leafeon, Ursaring, and Alpha Toxicroak in a time-space distortion in Obsidian Fieldlands but I've basically just been collecting lost satchels to get earn enough Merit Points to buy a Dawn Stone. I'm only Star Rank 5 and only recently beat Noble Arcanine a few days ago, so I'm trying to take it slow.
