There's nothing like the sweet taste of the downfall of new "innocent" content creators whether it is artists, developers,
e-celebs, acting like they're so moral and against the big bad evil corporations. They do things that of course fans will love because they're fans as well. But when the popularity starts becoming high, and they need the time and money, but the fans basically only expect good content and treatment, and any signs of greed is betrayal. Soon, the creators slowly go insane, viewing their most loyal fans AKA the fanboys/drones as moral support, trying to stay relevant and something they once loved, becoming a burden. They basically are just a hypocritical lesser corporation
And then there's the fan creators of existing IP. Who are so pathetic, that they choose to live in the shadows of what is popular, probably wishing that they could control the franchise, no matter how shit it currently is. Why don't you believe your own headcanons/fanfiction while you're at it.
