Hoenn is literally the best generation. We got fug, the best starters (only Megas besides g1), great mon design (look how many megas GF gave gen 3), fantastic soundtrack, tons of postgame, well-liked legendaries, cool trio, introduced form changing (deoxys), the best pseudos (metagross and sal), first epic story (gen 4 went overboard with muh Pokemon Gods), and the whole region is comfy.
