Hitmontop opens with Mach Punch, but Lettuce quickly recovers most of the damage with Leech Seed. Hitmontop uses Softboiled via Metronome, then takes a chunk of damage from Giga Drain. Hitmontop attempts another Mach Punch, but Giga Drain and Leech Seed bring its HP down to zero, with Lettuce's HP back up at the full 339. Chuck uses an X Attack on Primeape, who also gets seeded (formerly sucked). Chuck uses an X Accuracy next to ensure Gunk Shot hits on the next turn, but two Giga Drains are enough to defeat Primeape and keep Lettuce from fainting.
We set up another Leech Seed on Hitmonchan, who uses Curse to boost its power. Hitmonchan boosts a second time to deliver an explosive blow with DynamicPunch, but Lettuce's Giga Drain is more than enough to defeat it after two attacks. Lettuce uses Leech Seed through its confusion and manages to dodge Heracross's Megahorn, but isn't so lucky on the second turn. Brunown follows, fainting after a single Megahorn despite boosting its evasion with Double Team. Charmeleon's Flamethrower is more than enough to take Heracross down, though.
We go for Fire Blast against Hitmonlee, but the attacks misses, giving it an opportunity to raise its Attack with Meditate. The second Fire Blast connects, but Hitmonlee delivers a devastating blow with Hi Jump Kick, depleting all of Charmeleon's HP in one strike. Bad Dragon soars into the air, causing Hitmonlee to crash and KO itself. Bad Dragon's Fly and Poliwrath's Hydro Pump deal huge damage, but Bad Dragon wins two turns later with another Fly.
