Because it's not as though the last two movies we've gotten have included the final legendary of their respective dex's and a legendary from the next set of games. It's not as though the final movie of a generation is always about the last legendary they have to use and it's not as though they're all been transitional lately or anything. Oh no. No no. They next movie is going to be about literally my mom's fursona and nothing else.
