Game Leon is slightly more fleshed out I'll give you that, especially if you consider Twilight Wings and Evolution to be part of the game's cannon, (idk why would you considering how Leon looked in that one episode lol), but we're talking about the ashnime right? OP and the posts right below are about it.
If you wanna argue that TW and Evolution are part of the ashnime, that's different. Personally I think they're very different stories and cannon, but I'm willing to hear you out.
