I'm currently Lv 27, semi-rural and these are crazy rare around here (been playing since launch and this is all I got), candies isn't that much of a problem because my shitty phone gets me 25-30 Km worth of distance/night just GPS drifting, dust on the other hand is scarce and I need another sturdy mon in my top 6 with good attacking capabilities and CP high enough to hold its own in gyms as defender.
