Fortunately, the stronghold's enigmatic, labyrinth-like nature is negated by the presence of the Admin's Tower Key, which is more supernatural than a first glance would have you think.
The key evokes a gloomy aura which reacts with the fortress' typically warped appearance, forcing it to settle on a single, unchanging layout. You figure that this must have been how Grashglik was able to manipulate and traverse the castle himself without ever losing his way, whoever holds the key is protected from being a lost soul.
With progression no longer a tedious trial, you track down the entrance to the Admin's Tower, the tallest of which in all of Geisterhaus. Even its entrance is grand and disquieting, fit for a final boss, and is laced with thorns and a protective aura, one that keeps others away, even Ghost-types.
"Oh boy.." you mutter, sticking the key into the lock, "Better now than never, I guess.."
Upon interacting with each other, the key and lock emit a series of spectral sparks, as if they haven't felt each other's presence in some time. The protective aura slowly begins to face away, and the thorns holding it together break apart, wringing with a searing reaction before receding into nothingness. With nothing else to hold it back, the door opens with a long creak.
Beyond the entry is a long and winding staircase, and at the very top lies the Admin's Keep, and a hint of unspeakable danger.
