Regice is fun because it's one of the few mons that naturally gets BoltBeam and gen 3 Explosion is broken so that's fun, but I wanted something faster and a bit less frail typing wise that hit the same niche with Thunderbolt/Ice move (HP ice), so I landed on Raikou instead.
I might use it again at some point though, I made so many mons just in case that I didn't touch.
