Also, X-Scissor. And I guess Quiver Dance even though it's Physical would be alright. Obviously Dragon Dance would be ideal, but I'm trying to be a little realistic.
OK, wait -- give it Magic Guard (also pretty fitting), Quiver Dance, and a large buff to its Special Attack (at least 85 or something). Might be worth it to Infestation something that can't touch Bug/Flying and then set up on it with QD (not an abundance of that in OU, but still...).
I dunno, guys. I'm seeing an optimistic UU at best. Probably BL2. Ledian has it rough.
