SwSh could have existed on the 3DS at 240p, there's nothing it does that is too much for that system.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is a similar game and that too looks better than 3H on the switch.
People don't dislike that switch games look bad in general, it's that SwSh literally uses the models we've seen before and we're losing the dex and being charged a console price for what is in reality a handheld game.
