>>37676557I really want to play Pokemon on my TV. When I was a kid I wanted the handheld games to be like stadium so I was really happy when 6 went to 3D. 7 was really lively and fun, one of my favorite regions, but pretty much impossible to replay. I hope they continue making the worlds feel alive, without killing motivation to replay. The only gen I ever replay is 5, 4 and below just feel too dated, and I love 7 but too much unskippable scenes
>>37676598I also don't want open world, seems like a weird idea. Still mixed on the let's go encounters. Kanto is a boring region (it's the first game so not really its fault) but that's why we don't need constant remakes of it, there's nothing to do with it anymore. Maybe in a better environment those encounters could work and not look like random sprites clumped up together in a grass square. But idk I still like random encounters and would take them over something potentially worse
