Finally got some 90%+ Eevees again this week. The stupid spawn point reshuffle basically killed off the usual high IV % spawns or something, went on a dry spell since the Halloween event started but now my Eevee hoard is at 14 / 18 good Eevees before I do a massive evo spree and dump all my star dust into them for the following three months or something.
Not really sure if I should be happy that I'll probably not get 4 more before Dec. 7th, or sad. On one hand, more chances at decent Espeons and Umbreons if the Gen II Starbucks Pokeymans memo wasn't fake, on the other, less chances for good Vaporeons and Jolteons with good movesets. And collecting another 18 Eevees at this rate is probably going to be impossible since every single egg Eevee I hatched so far (10km or 5km) was under 80%.
