I see VGC praised so much around here - mostly as backlash against Smogon - but I've never, ever seen VGC strategy discussed or teambuilding threads or just discussion in general.
The only time I've seen VGC talked about on /vp/ is during Worlds.
I like watching it just to see how people play around OP stuff but I'd never take part in it. How about you? Do you praise VGC just to shitpost or do you actually play it?
