>>54929814it's not that she's unpopular, she's easily among the more popular gym leaders. its that most pokemon characters in general don't get much attention outside of their debut gen and most early gen gym leaders not from KANTOOOO didn't even really get. The fact that she gets a decent amount of attentions in Masters means either there's a reasonable demand for her or at the very least the devs like her for some reason.
admittedly doomposting probably extends the life of Jasmine threads but doomposting only ever became a thing because people gave a shit about the target.being mauled.
