Girls seeking for attention playing a game like Pokemon may be annoying, but so is your attitude right now, because complaining about them you're acknowledging how they where successfull in their purpose.
And before you come with a le funny joke, I'm a guy, and whenever I see that behavior on a girl I just omit her from my life like every normal person should do. I also hope you don't come up with a whiteknight funny joke either.
