>>43089433I always interpreted it as Plums wearing pink and yellow cyberfalls. It'd be an interesting way of handling it, if nothing else.
>>43089321>>43089410>>43089445I did start writing a long post about why Team Yell suck, but you all got there first and covered everything I was going to say. SwSh's awful story did Yell a disservice, but their horrible designs don't help, and in the face of Skull being so lovable and memorable, it's no wonder no one gives a shit about them. The concept of "worried older brother sends his staff after beloved little sister as a cheer squad (and probably to make sure she's okay because he's Concered)" is fine in theory, but the execution was just awful. If Yell had somehow been written without the trappings of a "team", I think it would've been salvagable, but at this point SwSh's entire story needs scrapping and starting over to actually make it work as a functioning narrative.
>>43089487As a Brit, I do quite like Galar, but the issue with the region is that it's basically a guided tour through an idea of England, without enough polish to anything to really sell you on the idea completely. I've never been to Hawaii, but Alola feels like I really did get oppurtunity to visit. It feels tropical and full of life! Galar gets the idea of England right, in terms of "they ticked all the boxes of stuff we have, like coal mines, cities, rolling fields and bustling cities" but that's really it. Some of the cute touches like the bins or signposts looking like ones over here were nice, but Galar is so bland, and so empty, that it ultimately just feels really lacking. Wyndon is an absolute husk compared to London, and don't even get me started on what a massive Spikemuth is.
