It`s just in the english version like that. It's retarded because if they use the moves in Sword and Shield for other Pokémon, it will be stupid. The french translators were more stupid and gave the moves names like Eev-Fire, Eev-Thunder, so every move starts with Eevee`s french name, so they can't use the moves for other Pokémon.
The german names translated in english would be not bad as real english names:
Bouncy Bubble - Leech Bubble
Buzzy Buzz - Sizzling Charge
Sizzly Slide - Flickering Fire
Glitzy Glow - Pulsing Aura
Baddy Bad - Torment Zone
Sappy Seed - Sprouting Bombs
