This is Basil. His design is meant to be inspired from Sinnoh. He's strict, cold, and blunt, so he has a hard time making friends, but has a strong bond with the few he does have. I got him as free art from a GM for a Pokemon RP almost a decade ago now so there's not much that screams Pokemon about him since he understandably didn't want to put much effort into something he wasn't being paid to draw.
Anyway, I'm currently using him in a play by post RP that my friend is GMing for me. His starter is a Chewtle. He wanted a Gible, but that was the closest thingm the professor could give him.
