Kantomons that aren't purified (or shadow) can be put into LGPE directly with no limits
You can only do a few legends or shinies at a time and the bar takes a week to fully regenerate (that's why the sooner you start the better)
A shiny legendary or mythical takes up the whole bar
Keep in mind the lego/mythical restriction exists, don't let it catch you off guard
