Is it to test how badly you want her? Bringing a team that's too stacked may make her think you're too desparate and pathetic - you want her TOO bad - and it could be that bringing a silly team may make her see you as more tender and want to be with you more there win or lose. Or maybe she DOES want you to show how bad you want her and bringing a silly team would make her feel you aren't serious. Or maybe she's planning to throw the game anyway but if you legitimately stomp her and throwing the thing wasn't even necessary then she might feel like you don't want or need her support and women don't like that, either.
I need more detail to make a confirmation - do any of these scenarios fit her at all, OP? We need to get inside her mind.
