>>57431200It's wild thinking about how thoroughly it killed its line. The popularity Rhyhorn and Rhydon had literally died overnight in Gen 4 and never recovered. The only time people ever bring up these pokemon after that gen is either when they talk about how hated/ugly/whatever Rhyperior is or when Rhyperior's fans get mad at its pre-evo. It's one thing to be a sloppy evolution, but to be one so bad that it memoryholed all pokemon associated with it is crazy
