Primarina needs some love after being ignored so much. Plus I can't see why both Decidueye and Primarina couldn't be in the movie together, they'll probably make a greater duo. Primarina watching the seas, and Decidueye flying over helping Ash's gang abd Lugia defeat the three raging birds. And that's only if they go that route. Plus, it doesn't really matter, just imagine the exclusive merchandise they'll get from It.
