>>13427363>worst rivalsI liked Wally or whatever he was called (the sick guy), a rival does not have to be someone who constantly wants to beat your ass like Blue (and fails), the fact that he was a nice guy trying to get better as a person and not only as a trainer/ battler counted very favorable for me. Plus he had a freaking ralts as a starter, isn't that amazing?
>retarded evil teamslet's be honest, they were all VERY retarded. Just look at team rocket in gen 2, not even knowing what they were doing. Plus gen 5 were even derpier. At least they were funny in a way and actually had a plan to make the world a better place (more land/water) only with a whacky execution plan. Real governments make pretty much the same mistakes everyday.
>Underwhelming soundtrackThat is only your opinion and this is what stands out the most in this one. No point in arguing there.
>second worst champion(s).Explain. Steven is amazing. Unless you are talking about Wallace, at which point I'd have to agree (he was much better off being Gym leader)
>far too much waterThis was one of my favorite things about the series, really. Dive, ice shoal or sth island, currents, fucking submarines, I can't stress out enough how much I enjoyed that. I understand there are many people who seemed to not like that fact, but I just can't understand why.
>missed potential with the protagonist's father Meh, I guess you're right. What did you expect though?
>regressed on some features like day/nightThat is your strongest objective point, I have to agree. It started the amazing berry revolution though, with new and cool berries, and also pokéblocks! You can't hate on that can you? (except for the fact that it was glitchy)
Also yes, forgot to add so many awesome pokés being added like gardevoir, altaria, breloom. I loved them all. I wish some had better base stats though, like magnetrike and swalot, most of them sucked in BST.
