Hilbert / Iris / Skyla
Hilbert is the most clutch against Latios, because Impervious just ignores all the stat dropping Latios tries to inflict on you. Skyla's Haste also ignores the Speed drops. Even though it becomes Weak to Ice instead of Dragon at the end, you're hitting so hard from stacking Sync Buffs that it doesn't matter.
