Haven't played these games in a while, finishing my HG shiny playthrough now after having it on the backburner since like April or May. The grind to Red put me off until I realised that you can just call gym leaders over and over during the right time, I thought it was once a week for each of them lol. Probably just something I forgot from when I was a kid.
After this, I don't know. Would really like to get a shiny Charizard in Gen 3 at some point to fulfill a childhood dream.
