I like it because it's really creepy — but really good at hiding it. Just read the dex entries.
"Oh, it likes to walk holding its master hand!" — Yeah. With tentacles. Specifically, to read their emotions with said tentacles.
"Oh, it projects a calming aura that makes you peaceful and can stop battles!" — Then it attacks.
Basically, it lives up to old tales about fairies.
