B: Razor Wind. Charged projectile, charge can't be stored/carried. Uncharged shots are weak, fairly spammable, but short-range. Power and distance increase with charge time.
B>: Flare Blitz. Dashes forward like Captain Falcon/Fox/etc, can be angled slightly up or down. Very fast and flashy.
B^: Acrobatics. Incredibly fast, can be fully angled/curved, has super armor frames. Can damage foes it passes through.
Bv: Double Team. Functions similar to Lucario's, a timed counter strike.
5 air jumps, can glide. Fast, light, stronger attacks need some charge or cool down. Smash Attacks involve fire bursts and wing strikes, aerials use talons a lot in conjunction with wings. Hovers just above the ground, uses claws to grab.
Final Smash: Brave Bird. Think Snake's FS combined with the Dragoon. Talonflame soars into the air and a targeting crosshairs appears onscreen. Can zip through the battlefield at high speed with strong damage a set number of times/for a set time limit (whichever comes first).
