Pic rel is probably my favorite regional form for Sceptile that I have seen. Artist made it Grass/Rock and its supposed to be inspired by Dutch explorers into the US.
Grass/Rock is actually a very effective offensive duo, so a physical sweeper Sceptile could make that combo really shine.
Ability-wise, swap Unburden for Tough Claws like the artist intended. Stat-wise, I would go with:
>HP = 70>ATK = 115>DEF = 80>SATK = 70>SDEF = 80>SPD = 115Shaves off a bit of speed, which makes sense given it'd be weighed down by rocks, but dramatically boost its attack.
Then, like how Hisuian forms got signature moves based off their new secondary type, give Sceptile some special physical Rock move.
Maybe an attack that sets up Stealth Rock in the process? Or give it some priority, like an alternative to Accelerock (Or just give it that move outright.)
Yeah, I have put a lot of thought into this. An alternative would be Grass/Steel with the same stats and either keep Tough Claws or go with Sharpness.
