The PMD subreddit did a huge survey once and on it they asked what the worst PMD game was, Gates got voted the most. But at the same time it also asked what PMD games everyone had played, a good portion of them admitted they never played it. Pure bullshit.
It's really weird because these same people praise Super when it's just a rehash of the same plot, Dark Matter is literally just Bittercold repainted. Sure it had all the Pokemon but it took out recruiting and nicknaming people you recruit, like what the fuck? And Paradise was cool as hell, I hope a future PMD game will do the base building concept again.
