Hariyama and Machoke/Machamp are very obviously designed after sumo wrestlers and strongmen respectively; Machoke and Machamp even wear tights! Primarina and Gardevoir (which I notice you skipped over) are definitely designed to look feminine, but those Fighting-types are similarly designed to look masculine.
