Completely redo the Rose subplot. I don't even know how because I didn't watch most of that part of the stream but just do it. Make the actual bad guys more prevelant earlier in the game. Make the energy problem more urgent. Maybe give Leon a flaw in him being wasteful with energy and on the selfish side without being villainous, fuck if I know.
