>>21508964I really started to like Raichu recently. It only needs a little more to be usable. It's bullshit that it can't use the Light Ball, but a mega could save it. It has what it needs to be a physical attacker, including an awesome physical electric attack only available to its line. Or it could stay a special attacker. Nasty Plot helps a lot and they could expand its movepool.
Instead, they're doing everything they can to try to make people forget it exists.
